Birch flowering continues in central and northern Lapland. Birch pollen may be transported to southern Lapland.

Grasses are flowering in the whole country.

Spruce and pine are flowering throughout the country. Flowering diminishes in the southern parts of the country. The abundant pollen from coniferous trees is visible as a yellow coating on surfaces, but it causes allergy symptoms only in a small number of people.

Rain reduces pollen levels in the air.
